Troubleshooting Imports

Common import errors and how to resolve them.

"No results found" or empty list

This usually means the results have not been published yet on o-l.ch, or you copied the URL from the wrong page.

  1. 1Make sure you are on a class results page — the URL should contain "type=rang".
  2. 2Confirm the results are published on o-l.ch (some events take a few hours after the finish).
  3. 3Try refreshing the o-l.ch page first, then copy the URL again.

My name is not in the list

Your name might appear differently in the results. Common reasons:

  • First and last name are swapped in the results
  • Umlauts (ä, ö, ü) are spelled out or replaced with plain characters
  • You have a DNS (did not start) status — your name may not appear at all

The URL is not accepted

For security reasons, Contoura only accepts URLs from o-l.ch. If you paste a URL from any other source it will be rejected.

Do not use shortened URLs (e.g. bit.ly). Always paste the full o-l.ch URL directly from your browser.

Missing split times

If some split times show as "–", the punch was not recorded at that control (e.g. an electronic punching failure). Contoura still shows all available splits and marks missing ones clearly.
