Self-Assessment Ratings

The 6 performance dimensions rated during the debrief and how to use them.

The 6 dimensions

During the debrief you rate your race performance on 6 dimensions on a 1–5 scale:

  • Map reading — how well you read and interpreted the map
  • Physical — your fitness, speed, and endurance during the race
  • Mental — focus, composure, and decision-making under pressure
  • Route choice — the quality of your route decisions on each leg
  • Concentration — staying focused throughout and avoiding lapses
  • Execution — how well you converted your decisions into action

Pre-race feeling

In addition to the 6 performance dimensions, the debrief also records your pre-race feeling on a 1–5 scale. This helps spot patterns between your mental/physical state before the race and your actual performance.

How ratings are displayed

Ratings are shown on the race page and in the Statistics overview. The AI Pattern Analysis can detect dimensions that consistently score low across your race history.

Be honest rather than generous. Consistent ratings over time reveal your real strengths and weaknesses more clearly than one-off assessments.
